We're planning a trip to Japan, leaving the end of March for two weeks. As usual James is doing 99% of the planning. He enjoys doing it all, as far as I can tell. He offers me selections of places he wants to eat, and I say ok and that way I've had a vote. It always works out fine.
I plan to blog our trip this time since I've slacked on every other gustatory adventure.
This trip we'll be hitting a lot of Michelin-starred restaurants of course. It's not too difficult since Tokyo has more Michelin stars than any other city in the world. We even got in to Jiro's place which is exciting!
